Yoga for Better Sleep Evening Yoga

The intention of this short yoga practice is to prepare the body and mind for a more restful night's sleep!

The best time to do this practice is in the late afternoon or evening. Consistency will be very useful for you here - the more consistently you can do this practice (daily, if possible!) the more potent its effects will be to help you have better sleep! Please always practice mindfully with respect to your own condition. Enjoy!
