Mini Yoga Flow For Strength

A mini flow to move energy and build strength.

Join me for this 8-minute flow practice to build strength and move some energy! We use breath patterns to increase the hold time to amplify the effort in these postures! Notice how when you take it slow and work your breath… the intensity increases!

This practice is a great mini flow to add to a larger routine.

Please note, I’ve included brief warm-up and compensation, but if your body feels it needs more, feel free to include some simple and gentle postures at the beginning and end of the practice, as needed.
