Breathing Practice for Relaxation

One of the BEST and EASIEST ways to begin to relax our systems and reduce stress is through simple breathing from the tradition of yoga! (also, it's free!) In this video, I bring you through a few simple postures to begin the process and then guide you through a breathing practice designed to help you relax from the inside out. Once you know this practice well, you can do it on your own quickly and easily - anywhere and anytime! This is one of my main go-to practices and I know it will work for you too!
