18-Min Relaxation Practice

Short Relaxation video for when you just have a tiny bit of time!

An ongoing goal of mine is to make sure you know how easy it can be to take care of yourself, even if you don’t feel like you really have time.

This 18-min practice includes a bunch of seated breath and movement (relaxing tension out of the neck and shoulders, etc), a short breathing practice to balance the nervous system, and some counterposing and rest.

I hope this will serve you in finding some tension release and relaxation when you need it most! We can create a massive shift in just a few minutes when we intentionally move and breathe. I can’t wait to hear how this one goes :)
